The switch
Follow the transition guide in your box. Most cats go straight for the chicken; fussier ones do better mixed in over a few days.
Month 1
Digestion settles
Higher moisture and no fillers mean less to ferment in the gut, so stools firm up and the litter tray gets noticeably less pungent.
Month 3
Coat and condition
Cats grow a new coat over roughly this long. Fed on animal fat and complete protein, that new growth is what shows the difference.
Month 6
Weight and water
Portioned meals instead of a full bowl keeps weight steady, and eating most of their water is the single easiest thing you can do for a cat's kidneys.

How it's made & delivered
Gently cooked at 72°C, snap-frozen the same day, and delivered frozen across Sydney in temperature-controlled packaging.
Feeding & storage
One pouch a day for a typical 5kg cat, who needs about 234 kcal. Pouches are filled to match on energy rather than weight: chicken 150g (232 kcal), beef 115g (230 kcal), roo & sardines 170g (205 kcal). Freeze on arrival; thawed pouches keep 5 days in the fridge, and once opened use within 24 hours.

Louis Pet Co started because Louis, a fussy and extremely opinionated British shorthair, deserved better than kibble. I develop every recipe, choose every supplier and sign off every batch before it ships, and the food is made in Sydney to my spec.

How much do I feed my cat?
One pouch a day suits a typical 5kg cat. Use the calculator on the product page — it factors in weight and activity and recommends a box size.
How do I store and serve?
Freeze the box on arrival, keep a few days' pouches in the fridge, and top up as you go. Thawed pouches keep 5 days in the fridge. Once a pouch is opened, use it within 2 days.
What if my cat is fussy?
Every box includes a transition guide. Start with the chicken recipe. Even the fussiest cats usually come around. The one time trial box exists exactly for this.
Can I pause or cancel?
