What does it cost?
Boxes run from $145 for 21 pouches to $335 for 56, on a subscription. That is $5.18 a day at the smallest size, and the price per pouch drops as the box gets bigger. Ordering one-off costs a little more.
Do you deliver to me?
Fresh food is delivered frozen in insulated packaging within our Sydney delivery area. Sydney local delivery is $9.95, or free on orders of $120 or more after discounts, including trial boxes, hats and treats. Retail treats and hats ship to the rest of Australia for $14.95. Hats ship to New Zealand for $14.95; other available international rates appear at checkout. Fresh food is not shipped outside Sydney. Enter your address at checkout to confirm availability.
What if my cat will not eat it?
Start with the trial box. 14 pouches for $89, one per customer, no subscription. It exists so you can find out before you commit to a full box. Every box also comes with a transition guide, and most cats go for the chicken first.
How much do I feed?
One pouch a day suits a typical 4 to 5kg cat. The 10-second calculator in the box builder works it out from your cat’s weight and how many cats you have, and picks the box size to match.
What about allergies?
Chicken and Beef are each built on one named meat, with heart and liver. Roo & Sardines pairs kangaroo with whole sardines, so it is the novel-protein option but it is not fish free. Every ingredient is named on the label with its percentage. Email hello@louispetco.au with your cat’s history and I will point you at the right one.
Can I feed Louis as part of their diet rather than all of it?
Yes, and it is the cheapest way in. Pick a longer delivery gap in the builder and the same box simply arrives half as often. Same price per box, half the weekly spend.
How do I store it?
Freeze the box when it arrives and move a few pouches to the fridge as you go. Thawed pouches keep 5 days in the fridge. Once a pouch is opened, use it within 2 days hours.
I have more than one cat
The builder gives each cat their own box, so two cats means two boxes and each keeps its own protein mix. If your cats eat the same thing, one bigger box works out cheaper per pouch, so size up rather than doubling up.

Can I pause or cancel?
Anytime, from your account, in two clicks. No fees and no phone calls. You can also skip a single delivery or push the date back if the freezer is still full.
Can I change my box between deliveries?
Your protein mix, delivery date and frequency are all editable from your account up until the box is packed. For a different box size, start a new box in the size you want, or reply to your order email and we will switch it for you.
When will it arrive?
Boxes go out across Sydney frozen and insulated, on a set delivery run. You will get a note with your delivery window before it comes.
