This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store and protect your personal information when you visit www.louispetco.au (the Site) or otherwise interact with us, including when you purchase our products and services (together, the Services).

- Pet profile information – details you provide about your cat such as name, age, breed, weight and dietary needs.

When you browse the Site or use your account we automatically collect certain information using cookies, pixels and similar technologies:

- pages viewed, links clicked, referring website, date and time of each visit

We may receive limited personal information from service providers and business partners such as:
- Shopify – which hosts our online store and supports order management
- Payment processors – who confirm your payment so we can fulfil your order

We do not sell personal information for money.

9.1 Access and correction

9.2 Complaints
If you believe we have breached the APPs, please contact us first so we can resolve the issue. We will acknowledge your complaint within seven days and aim to respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at https://www.oaic.gov.au.
10. Children
Our Services are not directed to children under 15 years of age and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information about a child, please contact us so we can delete it.
